You’re invited to a community workshop regarding redevelopment of the California Street Parking Structure.

    WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2017 from 4-6 PM
CITY HALL COMMUNITY ROOM, 777 CYPRESS AVE, REDDING

The purpose of this public workshop is to solicit community input regarding the proposed redevelopment of the city-owned California Street Parking Structure, located at 1407 and 1641 California Street between Tehama Street and Placer Street.

K2 Development Companies, Inc. and The McConnell Foundation are proposing to submit joint applications with the City of Redding for grants through the California Strategic Growth Council and California Department of Housing and Community Development for funding to facilitate the demolition and redevelopment of the California Street Parking Structure.

On December 12, 2017, the Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing to gather comments that will assist City staff in making a recommendation to the City Council regarding this proposal on December 19, 2017.
