State Route 273 (Market/California Streets) is Redding’s most important local, north-south transportation corridor – 16 miles! Today, this is a high-injury corridor and we must prioritize improvements for safety and convenience of people walking and biking. South Market Street and northbound Pine Street need to have a physically separated bike highway.
