This year’s Cascade Christmas follows Curt and the passengers aboard the Holly Railways Train as they travel overnight to Angelton for an annual tree lighting ceremony and local Christmas festivities. Curt, bound to his hometown of Detroit, realizes all too late that he’s boarded the wrong train and is flooded with the angst of spending Christmas away from his Grandma and instead with a train full of strangers. With the help of the conductor and hostess (returning favorites Mr. and Mrs. Holly), and various fellow passengers, we soon realize that Curt is exactly where he’s supposed to be as he learns valuable lessons about traditions, family and experiencing the true joy of Christmas.
Cascade Christmas is produced by Jana Pulcini-Leard; directed by Kim Acuna; and the new engaging story was written by Jessica Fletcher Wiechman.
Come celebrate with friends and family and revel in this high-spirited and warm-hearted musical spectacular.
