OneJustice’s Justice Bus Project is coming to Redding on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 1-5 p.m. at Shasta College Health Sciences Center, 1400 Market Street, Suite 8204, Redding CA.
One Justice will be offering for a FREE criminal record clearance clinic – an opportunity for individuals to meet one-on-one with volunteer law students and/or expert attorneys to complete their paperwork and adjust Prop. 47 eligible felonies to misdemeanors where possible.
Since The Justice Bus Project was started in 2007, OneJustice has taken nearly 2,000 volunteers to isolated and underserved communities and provided much-needed legal assistance to more than 5,000 low-income Californians. In the past year alone, the Justice Bus Project has organized free legal clinics in 23 counties throughout California and partnered with over 25 community based organizations to coordinate legal services for more than 900 low-income individuals.
The mission of the Justice Bus Project is to increase the capacity of legal service providers and community based organizations serving isolated and vulnerable populations throughout the state.
