Shasta Public Libraries


Do you know that Shasta Public Libraries has much more than books and magazines? They have Library Services that include such things a genealogy help, meeting rooms, piano for practice and even free passes to Turtle Bay Exploration Park.

Through their Overdrive  program you can get online eBooks, audiobooks, and videos. You can check out and download some great media. Over 8,300 titles to choose from including over 4,500 public domain titles which include many of the classics.

Through their Enki  program you can access over 50,000 online eBooks. These include an extensive romance collection, as well as a nice assortment of gardening, crafts, mysteries, and more. You can have up to 10 items checked out at any given time and keep them 3 weeks. They are automatically returned at the end of its lending period.

eBooks can be read online or using such viewers like Adobe Digital Editions, Overdrive, various pdf viewers, Bluefire Reader, and others. Many of these are available from Apple’s App Store, or Google Play.
