Redding’s annual Cultural Cruise is being held on Friday, January 29, 2016 from 4-8 p.m. at various locations throughout Redding CA. Click here for a map; and visit the Cultural Cruise Facebook event page for further details.

  • North Valley Art League will be having their 2016 Small Painting Show Reception, Awards and Cultural Cruise Night, Friday January 29,2016 from  6-9 p.m.
  • Turtle Bay Exploration Park, will feature opening of Mt. Shasta: The Artist’s Muse, Famous Artists Annual Student Art Exhibition – Images of the North State, and Water’s Extreme Journey. 
  • Shasta County Arts Council’s Old City Hall Gallery, 1313 Market Street, Redding CA will feature ThirtySomething: Group Show of Emerging Redding Artists plus Green Screen live event where visitors can be live on SCAC.tv, Channel 181.
  • Other non-profits that are involved are: Shasta Historical Society, Redding Library, First United Methodist Church and Old Shasta State Historic Park Courthouse Museum.

Friday from 11 a.m – 3 p.m. Shasta College Art Gallery, 11555 Old Oregon Trail, Building, Redding CA will exhibit recent works by Nathan Cordero.

The Salon Artists will be exhibiting at the Redding Municipal Airport, 6751 Woodrum Circle, Redding CA.

This year you may also enjoy a second day of the Cruise. At Turtle Bay Exploration Park on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. there will be hands-on art and crafting activities and $5 off admission for all non-member guests! There will also be artist demos at O Street Galley, 1261 Oregon Street, Redding CA. and ARTsMART Boutique, 244 Hartnell Ave., Redding CA.
