Food PreservationHave you ever wondered how to preserve the abundant fruits & vegetables of the season? Have you ever wondered how to preserve chicken and vegetable mix? Then come participate in one of three food preserving workshops at Shasta College:

  1. Water Bath Canning – Friday, August 9, 2013, 2013, 4:00 to 7:00 PM
  2. Pressure Canning – Saturday, August 10, 2013, 9:30 to 1:30 PM
  3. Food Dehydration – Saturday, September 7, 2013, 10:00 to 1:00 PM

Shasta College is located at 11555 Old Oregon Trail, Room 822, Redding, CA

EARLY REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Registration will be limited to the first 25 people. To register complete and mail this form with your check to 1851 Hartnell Avenue, Redding, CA 96002 or register online .
